Is this blog for you?

I think that many blogs lack focus as to what kind of audience they are reaching for.  I know exactly what audience I am trying to reach.  I am trying to reach men or women who:

  1. People who are generally interested in fitness.
  2. People who want to get healthy by:
    1. increasing their fitness level
    2. controlling their weight
  3. People struggling to do this.
  4. People who are not sure where to start.
  5. People who like to read what others are doing, and share information.

Is that you?  Then you are at the right place.  There is also a special emphasis on those over fifty.  I am myself 58 years of age as I write this.
