I think that many blogs lack focus as to what kind of audience they are reaching for. I know exactly what audience I am trying to reach. I am trying to reach men or women who:
- People who are generally interested in fitness.
- People who want to get healthy by:
- increasing their fitness level
- controlling their weight
- People struggling to do this.
- People who are not sure where to start.
- People who like to read what others are doing, and share information.
Is that you? Then you are at the right place. There is also a special emphasis on those over fifty. I am myself 58 years of age as I write this.
